Frequently Asked Questions

Q: When will I receive my order?

A: Orders are usually shipped in 1-4 working days. Items are sent via Australia post, regular or express as selected. Please see the Australia post website for time frames to your area. A tracking number will be supplied to you once posted. Custom orders (including names on products) will usually take longer, and are stated on the product description.

Q: What do I do if I a problem with my order?

A: If the problem relates to delivery, please track your package using the tracking number first. I am easily contactable at prettycreativebykim@gmail.com or via Facebook messenger. You can head to the contact me page for more information and options. Communications are usually replied to within 24 hours or less. If your item arrives damaged, please keep all of the parts and packaging for proof to Australia Post, as per their requirements.

Q: Can I make changes to an order I have already placed?

A: Usually. I'm happy to help and this is usually not a problem, including additions to the order, provided the order has not yet been posted. In the case of custom products, changes before production are generally accommodated, however changes after production may not be possible, or will incur a fee.

Q: Do you do custom orders?

A: Yes! Please email me at prettycreativebykim@gmail.com, and I will discuss it with you.

Q: Do you offer local pickup?

A: Yes. My address is in Idalia, Townsville Qld and will be supplied via email after purchase. We can arrange a time to collect (at times between 9am-6pm everyday), or I can leave it out for you to collect on a day that suits you.

Q: Do you have a shop front?

A: No. I do attend several local markets throughout the year, please follow me on Facebook to keep informed of where I will be. 

Q: Can I see your range in person?

A: Yes. Follow my Facebook to stay informed of what markets I'm attending. Otherwise I can have items ready to show you at my home by appointment.
